If I change IT Provider will I need to migrate my Microsoft Emails and SharePoint data?

No your Microsoft products will continue to operate without any disruption to your current licenses. It’s just a billing change.

Can you migrate my business away from GoDaddy?

Yes. We can migrate your website and email from GoDaddy to another hosting provider with minimal downtime.

What is the minimum commitment for the Microsoft account?

You need to keep the Microsoft tennancy running for a minimum of 12 months with at least 1 license.

What is Prorata billing? Does SouthEast IT support it?

Southeast IT supports Prorate billing for monthly licenses. This means if you cancel a license mid month you will get a credit on the next months bill for the remainder of that month. Many other MSP’s will not credit you for the remainder of the month.
